Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping

All orders typically ship the next business day after they are placed.  For example, order on Monday, and your order will ship on Tuesday.  Order on Friday and your order will ship on Saturday. There is generally no U.S. mail service on Sunday,

We provide free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No offer code is needed. Your order will arrive approximately 5 – 7 business days from date of purchase.

Donna Lisa’s does not currently ship or sell products internationally and is not currently looking for international distribution. We service the USA only.  All inquiries regarding international shipping will be disregarded.

Returns

  • You have 30 Days from Purchase to Return a Product.

  • If Returning a Product, the Original Product Container Must be Half Full.

  • Purchase Price will be Refunded 7 to 10 business days from time received. (Not the Postage).

Back-orders

In the unlikely event that some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled.  We will notify you again via email when the out of stock items are available and ship them to you right away,
